REFUND POLICY – MOMSI

1. Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Momsi offers digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase, including:

  • downloadable guides

  • e-books

  • PDFs

  • digital planners

  • educational materials

Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstance, including:

  • change of mind

  • dissatisfaction with content

  • misunderstanding of the product

  • personal expectations

  • accidental purchase

  • perceived lack of results

Once the download link is provided, the product is considered delivered and fulfilled.

2. Donations Toward App Development — Non-Refundable

Momsi allows customers to make voluntary monetary contributions toward the development of the Momsi App and related community tools.

By contributing, you acknowledge and confirm:

✔ donations are voluntary

✔ donations do not purchase a product or service

✔ donations do not guarantee any result, feature, or timeline

✔ donations are non-refundable

✔ donations do not grant ownership or rights in Momsi or its software

Donations are used at Momsi’s discretion to support technological development, design, research, and user access improvements.

3. “Gift a Mama” Contributions — Non-Refundable

The “Gift a Mama” program allows individuals to sponsor another mother by providing access to a Momsi digital product.

By participating, you agree:

  • Your contribution is final.

  • You will not receive a refund once the gift is processed.

  • You cannot retract the gift once access is granted to the receiving mother.

  • You understand Momsi selects recipients based on internal criteria.

“Gift a Mama” is considered a digital sponsorship, not a purchase for personal use — therefore all transactions are strictly non-refundable.

4. Instant Access = Delivery Confirmed

Delivery occurs immediately via:

  • on-screen download link

  • email delivery to the address provided

Momsi retains:

  • download logs

  • timestamps

  • IP addresses

  • delivery records

These may be used as proof in cases of disputes.

5. No Guarantees of Outcome

Momsi digital products and programs are educational and intended for general wellness support only.

We do not guarantee:

  • physical recovery outcomes

  • emotional results

  • timelines

  • specific effects of nutrition

  • improvement of symptoms

Individual results vary.
Refunds will not be granted based on expectations of change.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback for a fully delivered digital product, donation, or gift contribution is considered fraudulent activity.

Momsi will provide proof of delivery and access logs to payment processors.
Unfounded chargebacks may result in:

  • removal of access to all Momsi products

  • permanent ban from future purchases

  • legal pursuit of losses and fees where permitted

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems with downloads or emails, Momsi will assist you.
Technical issues do not qualify for refunds.

8. Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing a product, donating, or gifting a mama, you acknowledge:

  • you understand this Refund Policy

  • you agree to all terms

  • you waive the right to request refunds outside legal obligation
