1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY – NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

MOMSI sells digital products only, including:

  • e-books

  • guides

  • planners

  • PDFs

  • digital recovery content

  • templates

  • educational resources

  • Gift a Mama digital deliveries

We do not ship physical items.

You will not receive a physical package by post.


2. INSTANT DIGITAL DELIVERY

All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.

You will receive your product through:

On-screen download link immediately after checkout

AND

An automatic email containing your download link

If you do not see the email, please check:

  • spam / junk

  • promotions tab

  • typed email address for errors

Digital delivery is considered complete once the download link is available on-screen or sent via email.


3. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ACCESS LOGS

To ensure secure delivery and prevent fraud, we automatically record:

  • IP address

  • device type

  • download timestamps

  • email delivery confirmation

  • access logs

These records are stored securely and may be used to resolve disputes or claims of non-delivery.


4. GIFT A MAMA DELIVERIES

If you purchase a Gift a Mama product:

  • The gifted digital product is delivered to the receiving mother via email.

  • Delivery happens instantly or within a few minutes.

  • Personal details of the donor are not shared unless consent is given.

  • All gifted products are non-refundable.


5. DONATIONS

Any contribution or donation made toward app development or community support is:

  • delivered digitally through confirmation email

  • non-refundable

  • non-transferable

Donations do not include physical shipments.


6. DELIVERY ISSUES

If you experience any issues accessing your download:

Please contact us at business.bourdan@gmail.com with:

  • the email used at checkout

  • your order number

  • a screenshot (if possible)

We will ensure you receive access to your product.

Delivery issues are not grounds for refunds, but we will always help you regain access.


7. INCORRECT EMAIL ENTRY

If you entered the wrong email at checkout:

  • Contact us immediately

  • We can update your email and re-send the digital product

We cannot refund products due to incorrect personal information provided by the customer.


8. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Our digital products are available worldwide.
There are no shipping fees, no customs, and no delays.


9. PROCESSING TIME

Digital products:
Processing time: 0–3 minutes

Gift a Mama deliveries:
Instant or within 5 minutes

Support response time:
24–48 hours (business days)


10. NO PHYSICAL DELIVERY LIABILITY

Because we do not ship physical products:

  • we are not responsible for postal delays

  • we are not responsible for customs issues

  • we are not responsible for lost or damaged physical items

No physical items are sent.
